the count numbers are wrong... must be 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8...
first warning:it's the Armies soldiers... with just 600 men will be really VERY difficult to get the enemy's Commander, probably some team will lose all their men in the middle on the battlefield very fast, specially that have respawn gametypes into your War...
BUT, I saw that you added a very easy way to get reinforcements, and a good number of men in each one (80)... then I believe it will work...
but probably both teams will get reinforcements very fast and could make them never stay out of men... and will cause a really long war...
a good formula to find this value is:
smallest Army = 100
size x 100 = 800 (since your bf is

# of respawn gametypes x 100 = 100
then 100 + 800 + 100 = 1000
so 1000 it's a good number for this battle...
don't make the reinforcements much easier to get, this could cause infinity number of reinforcement... this MUST be difficult to get it... and don't put more than 10% of the full Army as reinforcements, this will help keep the balance...
but of course, this it's all like YOU want... you can set a Army with the double of men of the other, but with easier way to get reinforcements, etc, etc, etc...
just remember to keep the balance to both sides, if you give more to some team, take it other thing from them, and goes on...
second warning:this is not a problem also, but sounds little weird...
the VIP is located so away from the Commander and too close to the first territories of the team, so also his shortcut...
so will be almost impossible to get that shortcut in the attacking field.... in this way the shortcut is almost ignored... since you need to win 3 in streak to get it, but the VIP is already the #3 map...
the only way to get this shortcut is via a counter-strike, like the enemy have control of half of your territories, then you will won back 3 in streak, then you will jump to their VIP location... if this is really your intention, np... you can create the wars the way you want...
but if not, I recommend to put the VIP around map #5 or #6, and also to add more wins in streak to get reinforcements and the VIP shortcut, like 3 and 5 respectivelly... since the war have a larger battlefield then those few exemples which come with the mod.
but again, this will work fine in your Way, not problem at all...

yeah, when apears a msg saying the war is over, is because is really over, the next map was one from your default rotation (random in the default config) and for luck or not, was the same as the first map of you War... that's normal... don't worry, isn't another war until you say so...
when you spawned probably showed this:

2... remember if one team left, the war will be over... and you will comeback to have the server in normal way...
I recommend put this value around 16, then the war will ONLY start when you have enough players to play it until the end...
but for tests or wars that you know that players will connect to play with you, you can set this off... and will always start on the next map...

and another stuff which is in the Tutorial, after the War is over... WAITS to change the map to clean the War vars to start a new war, if you not wait he will simply keep the same stats to the next war, what is very wrong....

I never thought that someone will want a server 24hs with Wars over and over, I'll start to work into something to this work automatically in next versions, sad that we don't have the exec command into mod tools, or I'll could until rotate wars in the server...
but for now, the only way to start a new war is exec war_server again.
